Great news, Looney. I've done over half of the book's exercises. I'm at the one where it asks you to draw the head and the position of a live model, but I'm having trouble finding a person who would be willing to pose for me. My best bet would be to draw one of my parents lying down and watching television, but I'm not sure that would work. What's your experience?

You can draw from portraits you find online on sights like photo.net. Or Search online for figure drawing clubs and classes in your city.
