I decided to close out the $100,000 drawing course with a tribute to it's genius creator, John K. I copied some of his Model Sheets from Ren and Stimpy. These are my last model sheets for the $100,000 drawing course. It took me about 7 months and improved my drawing skills vastly. But that is for another post. Here are the drawings.

Now this model Sheet was difficult. It was not deceptively difficult like the Terry-toon model sheet. I knew from the get go this was gonna be hard to draw correctly. For one the guy has all five fingers. Whats up with that? However the construction is well defined, which helps a lot, but there a lot of details that can be distracting. Some of these drawings took me many attempts to get right, probably because I was distracted by all the details. This is certainly the hardest model sheet yet.

This was another deceptively difficult model sheet to draw. On many of the drawings I could not recognize the construction. I got through it by tuning out that it was a cartoon bird and just focusing on copying the lines and shapes as best I could.
