week 14 - Female figure from structure study
This week is the same as last week except this time with female nudes. The process goes like this: First, in photoshop, on a separate layer, draw the structure of the model Next, draw the structureThen, scan the drawing of the structure. Place the drawing over the original and fix any errors.Remove the layers from the model, then draw contours of the model over the structure in a different color. Finally ink the drawing. week 13 - Male figure from structure study
This week I did structure studies, as in previous weeks. However this week I expanded them into inked figures. I will go into more details of the process next week. These are nudes, some of them have been "tastefully Censored", so stop staring at my hog.

Painting for Ryan
I was talking to my friend Ryan the other night, and he was saying he likes this painting. I did this in 2006, it is acrylic on canvas. It is constructed mathematically by using the Fibonacci sequence, and the shapes and spirals that can be created with it. The center of the sunflower is 34 spirals. I took a picture of just the spirals before finishing the painting.
